Christabell Tamangani, is a Principal Registered Estate Agent (PREA) at Chris & Del Realtors P/L. She is a Zimbabwean national with 18 years of professional experience in Real Estate in Southern Africa. As the Principal Consultant at Chris & Del Realtors P/L, she acts as the strategic head and senior professional authority through guiding the firm’s practice, business direction and professional standards. Christabel plays both a leadership and client advisory role.

Christabell has strong experience in real estate office administration, where she manages client reception, property listings, lease documentation, and property file records. She supports sales agents and property managers by coordinating viewings, preparing agreements, maintaining updated property registers, and ensuring accurate communication between landlords, tenants and the firm.
As the PREA and Principal Consultant, her role focuses more on maintaining organized systems, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with real estate procedures and documentation standards.

Christabell is a holder of a Real Estate licence from the Estate Agency Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) and a BSc honours degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe.
